A merchant ship is a unique environment. Seafarers who experience abuse on board face additional challenges because of this. At Safer Waves we understand those challenges. We strive to make specialised support available to seafarers too.

Latest News
As of May 2022, Safer Waves is a member of The Survivors Trust. The Survivors Trust is the largest umbrella agency for specialist rape and sexual abuse services in the UK. Becoming a member is an important milestone for Safer Waves, as we continue our mission to make specialist support accessible to seafarers.
