Our bespoke approach includes in-person workshops, online training programs, webinars, and seminars that equip participants with practical strategies for preventing sexual violence and encouraging positive change.

We collaborate with experts in the field, including academics, survivors and external partners such as sexual violence organisations, to ensure the information and tools we provide are rooted in real-world experience and best practices. These sessions highlight the importance of understanding industry-specific challenges, encouraging proactive bystander intervention, and improving diversity and inclusion efforts and can be adapted to other DEI ambitions or initiatives within the organisation.

Our Focus

We also focus on educating senior members of the maritime community about the importance of safeguarding and compliance, ensuring that companies not only meet regulatory requirements but also create an environment where all employees, regardless of gender or background, feel safe and supported.
