General emails sent to us will be kept for 2 years after your most recent email to us, to enable us to keep a record of any ongoing correspondence and respond appropriately to enquiries. Emails sent to our confidential support service are held on a password protected account with Gmail for 5 days. They are handled by Agility Secure Messaging who anonymise the emails before they are read by volunteers.
